Southern California Non-Profit Donation

Sunny Hill Energy is pleased to request qualifying information from secular, registered 501(c)(3) organizations in the greater southern California area, for a donation of a 10 KW solar power system, worth approximately $80,000 to an eligible agency. Our mission is to make solar power affordable to all property owners, including non-profit organizations. President and chief executive officer Peter S. Be, Sr. said, “Sunny Hill Energy is proud to partner with non-profit groups in reducing their carbon footprint. They help transform the future of individuals, families and communities. We can help them transform the rate of climate change, too.”

All agencies wishing to be considered must send their information packets via certified mail to: Sunny Hill Energy, Attn.: Gina Burns, 99 Almaden Boulevard, Sixth Floor, San Jose, CA 95113. Packets that are faxed or emailed will not be considered. All packets must be postmarked by midnight Tuesday, June 30, 2009.

Qualification Packets must include:
1. Federal EIN information.
2. Proof of 501(c)(3) status.
3. Proof of property ownership.
4. Letter of introduction that includes mission, vision, demographics served and contact information.
5. Audited annual fiscal information for the past five years.
