Sunny Hill Energy’s Solar Lease Program is the only one in its class to offer qualified homeowners a way to get a solar system for practically free.

Here’s How It Works:

You lease the solar system from us for 15 years at rates equal to or less than what you are paying your utility company now. At the end of the term, the solar system is yours practically FREE.*

Homeowner Qualifications:

• Must be homeowner
• 680+ FICO score
• Minimum of 15% home equity (regional)

Program Specifications:

• Zero down
• No installation cost
• No system purchase
• No maintenance fee
• No performance worries
• No permit hassles
• No lien or 2nd mortgage

• $1,000 refundable deposit**
• Lease payment to be paid annually
• Program is transferrable when you sell your house
• Lease payment generally equal to or less than current electric bill

* "Practically Free" indicates that we believe the legally required Fair Market Value buyout at the end of your lease will be equal to or lower than the practical costs associated with system removal, therefore practically free to you. See our analysis.

** The $1,000 deposit will be placed in an interest bearing account and refunded at the end of the lease term with interest compounded year-over-year. However, if you are not qualified for our Solar Lease Program, the deposit will be refunded back to you.
